Shipping

We ship nationwide via courier within 1-3 business days from order confirmation.

All orders are dispatched from Midrand, Gauteng.

If a product you ordered is not in stock, there will be a notice on that products page telling you when the next batch will be in stock.

Shipping is free on all orders within South Africa.

We'll send you tracking details once your order ships.

Returns & Refunds

We stand behind our gear. If you're not satisfied, you have 7 days from delivery to return your item/s for a full refund.

The unit must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

To initiate a return, contact us with your order number. We'll arrange collection. Return shipping fees may be applicable.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned unit.

Warranty

Commander Kitchen & Bush Buckle: Comes with a lifetime steel warranty - If a weld fails, hinge breaks, or powder coat fails under normal use — we fix or replace.

Normal wear and tear expected. Warranty excludes accidents, neglect, or modifications.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

Inspect your items on delivery. If there's damage or a defect, contact us within 48 hours with photos.

We'll arrange a replacement or repair immediately.
